About No Foundation No Problem

No Foundation No Problem is a community dedicated to encouraging people to embrace their natural beauty. This initiative began eight years ago with foundation-free makeup and self-love content on Haley Kim's YouTube channel. Haley observed that despite the wealth of informative content, viewers continually engaged in discussions, often expressing feelings of inadequacy about their appearance. She identified that the underlying issue was not a lack of makeup knowledge, but a mindset issue.

 

In 2018, Haley introduced the slogan 'No Foundation No Problem' on her channel, and she has consistently produced tutorials such as 'how to do makeup without using foundation' and 'mascara-free makeup,' among others. Following her guidance, viewers began to reduce their makeup use and eventually gained confidence in their appearance without relying on heavy makeup.

 

The mission of the No Foundation No Problem campaign and our community is not to demonize foundation but to foster a healthy relationship with makeup. The ultimate aim is to rediscover the true joy of makeup, which should be fun and enjoyable, not complicated.
